The much anticipated Bacchus Italian Gourmet Restaurant opened in March 2012! Named after the mythical Greek god of wine and mystical ecstasy, Bacchus offers gourmet Italian cuisine celebrating regional specialties from across Italy. Set in a truly magical location, you can choose the sun terrace next to the palm-fringed pool or the stylish calm of the restaurant and take time to linger over the huge array of dishes on offer. The new menu has been created by the Resort’s award-winning Chef de Cuisine Mr Ioannis Giakoumidis, with a wide variety of imaginative à la carte, this Italian gourmet cuisine satisfies even the most demanding of taste buds!
