Taking its name from the Greek god of wine and ecstasy, the Bacchus Gourmet Italian Restaurant serves the finest in Italian cuisine, with all dishes lovingly created by our award winning chef, Mr Ioannis Giakoumidis.

We've always worked hard to earn our fantastic reputation for gastronomy and fine dining, and we like to respond to exactly what our visitors are looking for. So in response to the growing popularity of Italian cuisine, we decided to reinvent our restaurant offering to include regional Italian delights that will transport our visitors to culinary heaven. Tuck into stuffed calamari or perhaps try the more unusual Cocoa Fetuccine with pork cheeks ragout - no matter what your palette or preference, you can be sure we'll have something on our menu to delight you.

The Bacchus Gourmet Italian Restaurant is decorated and furnished to a beautifully high standard to ensure that your evening meal is a feast for the eyes, as well as the taste buds and our staff provide efficient, courteous and friendly service at all times.

The opening of the new Bacchus Gourmet Italian Restaurant was perfectly timed to coincide with the launch of our new-look spa too, which has also received a fabulous makeover. With an even more impressive range of treatments and products on offer, you can lie back and unwind in opulent, yet tasteful style!
