A very special kind of incentive:

An abundance of water, lots of waves and always a strong sea breeze - what better activity could the North Sea coast offer than a bracing yacht cruise?

However, before you set sail, you first have to build the boat yourself! So, roll up your sleeves and get to work: under expert instruction, you and your team are going to build your own boat, using wooden planks, hemp ropes and canvas.

And then your're ready to tackle the high seas: cast off and set sail! There is a lot to talk about at the end of the day, and the fact that one or two sailor's yarns will be spun is certainly part of being a real sailor....
