Cosy, down to earth, tasty: The kitchen team around Bruno Hillmann consistently serves up typically regional dishes such as roulade of Holstein heifer, or freshly caught Travemünde Baltic flounder. The season's typical, regional ingredients, many of them from local producers, additionally emphasise this regional direction. And of course, each dish is freshly prepared for you à la minute at Holstein’s.

Holstein’s country house interior is also typical of the Holstein region. Warm shades of sand and mud, fresh stripes and many loving details ensure a stylish, cosy atmosphere. You will soon find your favourite place here.

Early risers particularly love the morning hours, when the first rays of sunshine make the Baltic look resplendent with an almost magical sheen, and the lovingly compiled gourmet breakfast invites you to get the day off to a tasty start - we are also served all meals on the holstein's terrace in the summer.
