The hotel's location

Between UNESCO World Heritage Waddensea and the town, and with the best views – even the location of the COLUMBIA Hotel Wilhelmshaven is unique.

 

A good start to the day: enjoy the view in the morning from the window looking out over the large port towards the Kaiser-Wilhelm Bridge, once Europe's largest swing bridge, and the landmark of this town with its many parks and blooming gardens.

 

Take a walk or go jogging by the sea? It will take you just three minutes to get there!

A stroll around the town? What are you waiting for? The lively, colourful Marktstraße, with its shops and inviting cafés is not far. Gaze in wonder at the architecture of the NordseePassage shopping centre, designed by Hamburg-based architectural bureau "gmp", which also designed Berlin's main train station.

 

The Wilhelmshaven main station is located 500 metres away from the hotel, and the nearest airport, situated 100 kilometres away in Bremen, is within easy reach via the motorway.

And if you arrive by sailing boat, you can moor directly in front of the hotel...
