- Pro rata room hire and standard conference technology
- (Presenter's case, data projector, projection screen, flip chart, pinboard, USB-stick, laptop on request )
- Pad and pencils in every conference room
- Coffee break with selection of coffee and tea, snack plus fresh fruit in the morning
- Lunch (3-course menu or buffet lunch, depending on booking situation)
- A 0.2 l soft drink and a coffee with lunch
- Coffee break with selection of coffee and tea, sweet snack plus fresh fruit in the afternoon
- Mineral water unlimited during the event
- WLAN access and DSL free of charge
- Free parking in our underground car-park
