
The Londa takes the highlights of Mediterranean cuisine using the best ingredients from Cyprus and around the world, and then adds a twist to match the über-cool style of the Caprice Restaurant. Everything is made from scratch in the Londa kitchens and influences from Italy and Asia can be seen in the regularly changing menu. The result is refined cuisine, high on style and taste but not pompous or self-conscious. Chef de cuisine Patric Steklmacher has developed an enthusiastic following for his delicious meals and Sunday BBQs from the hip Cypriot crowd that tend to populate this hotel. And the extravagant cocktails and refined snacks served in the Caprice Bar have a similar fan base.
