Columbia Hotels & Resorts Cyprus have implemented the Business Program:

‘Occupation, Human Resources and Social Cohesion’. The program provides subsidization to our company in order to develop and implement a Business Plan which will increase productivity. The business plan aims to:

 

1.      improve the skills of existing staff

2.      develop existing staff skills in order to enable them to operate in more productive positions

3.      increase service standards and guest satisfaction

4.      facilitate the trainees’ achievement of a satisfactory level of working standards and enable to execute duties and responsibilities assigned to them

In regards to the above goals, the Human Resource department in cooperation with the Head of Departments  has completed  the training plan for Columbia Academy; the plan is consisted of two parts : the off job trainings and the on job trainings.
