Chef de cuisine Patric Steklmacher has developed an enthusiastic following for his delicious meals and Sunday BBQs from the hip Cypriot crowd that tend to populate this hotel. And the extravagant cocktails and refined snacks served in the Caprice Bar have a similar fan base.
